About this fabric

Woven in Spain from 85% cotton and 15% linen, this Ashley Wilde fabric is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a durable 45,000 rub test and a 140 cm width. The small repeating motif has a crisp, zigzagged character that becomes more apparent at close range, while from a distance the cloth reads as a calm dusty pink. Its 260 gsm body gives it enough substance for tailored furnishings, and the rose tone feels softened by beige undertones rather than overtly sugary. The 1.5 cm vertical repeat and 2 cm horizontal repeat create a neat, disciplined surface that suits both structured seating and elegant curtains.

How to use it

Use Galatzo Rose to soften classic upholstery shapes, or pair it with pale timber, plaster pinks and warm neutrals for a room with a gentle, sun-faded feel. The restrained rose shade also works well alongside antique brass and natural linen textures.
