About this fabric

Woven in Spain from 85% cotton and 15% linen, Mondrago Ocean is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 45,000 rub test, 140cm width and a substantial 364gsm weight. The fabric's compact repeat of 8.5cm vertical and 3.5cm horizontal creates a neat, rhythmic surface that suits the traditional styling of the design. In this colourway the turquoise-ocean base feels cool and slightly saturated, while the lighter motif softens the look and keeps it from appearing too heavy. The texture visible in the swatch has a matte, natural handle that suggests a smart but approachable finish.

How to use it

Use this ocean tone on an armchair, banquette or curtain where you want pattern without visual clutter. It pairs especially well with pale woods, chalky neutrals and brass accents, which lift the cooler blue-green ground.
