About this fabric

Woven in Spain from 85% cotton and 15% linen, Sonvida Fern is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 140cm width and a robust 45,000 rub test. The fabric has a compact, mid-weight handle at 364gsm, and the cloth surface in this colourway shows a gently textured, matte finish. Its muted olive-green ground is softened by warm beige undertones, while the ivory motif lifts the pattern and keeps the overall effect light. The 17.5cm vertical and 10cm horizontal repeat create a tight, rhythmic diamond arrangement that feels traditional and orderly.

How to use it

This colourway works well on an upholstered armchair, banquette or headboard where its muted fern tone can sit alongside oak, cane or aged brass. It would also make elegant curtains or blinds in a room with warm neutrals, bringing pattern without overpowering the scheme.
