About this fabric

Woven in Spain from 88% polyester and 12% nylon, Lucio Fern is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, giving it a practical edge as well as a smart appearance. The fabric has a 40,000 rub test, a width of 145cm, and a substantial 363 grams per linear metre, so it feels substantial enough for seating while still working beautifully for window treatments. Its olive-fern tone is softened by a dry, low-sheen surface, while the very fine vertical texture adds quiet movement without interrupting the plain design. With no repeat to manage vertically and only a minimal 0.5cm horizontal repeat, it keeps a clean, disciplined look across larger upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Use Lucio Fern on structured armchairs, banquettes or compact sofas where the subdued green can ground warmer woods and brass details. It also suits curtains in rooms that need a calm, botanical note without introducing a bold pattern.
