Escorca Olive

Palma Collection FabricESCORCA

Escorca Olive pairs a tiny leaf motif with a warm, pale ground for a calm, tailored look. The olive detailing feels understated and slightly aged, giving the design a traditional character without looking heavy.

About this fabric

Woven in Spain from 85% cotton and 15% linen, Escorca Olive is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 45,000 rub test and a 140cm width. The cloth reads as a light cream-beige ground with a muted olive pattern, so the repeat feels crisp rather than bold. Its small 7.5cm vertical and 9cm horizontal pattern repeat keeps the surface orderly and easy to place on seating or window treatments. At 364 grams per linear metre, it has enough substance for upholstery while still feeling appropriate for curtains in a smart traditional scheme.

How to use it

Use this colourway with oak, painted timber and aged brass to echo its quiet heritage feel. The soft olive on neutral ground also layers beautifully with warm whites, sisal and other foliage-inspired tones.

A soft olive motif on a warm neutral ground suits tailored upholstery and relaxed curtains alike.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
