Escorca Midnight

Palma Collection FabricESCORCA

Escorca Midnight pairs a compact botanical motif with an understated oat ground and ink-blue detailing. The result is a calm, traditional look that reads neat and textural rather than bold.

About this fabric

Woven in Spain from 85% cotton and 15% linen, Escorca Midnight is a versatile fabric specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes. The small vertical repeat of 7.5 cm and horizontal repeat of 9 cm create a tightly ordered all-over pattern that feels tidy and disciplined from a distance. Visually, the colourway combines a warm oat background with a deep midnight-blue motif, giving the design a cool, tailored contrast. With a rub test result of 45,000 and a substantial 364 grams per linear metre, it is well suited to hardworking furniture as well as tailored curtains.

How to use it

Use Escorca Midnight to bring quiet pattern to classic seating, especially where you want the darker motif to anchor pale walls or painted joinery. It also works well as drapery in rooms with natural woods and muted neutrals, where the oat ground keeps the room feeling light.

A crisp small-scale print that feels refined on upholstery or relaxed drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
