About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Lunar Book Collection, this fabric is composed of 54% polyester and 46% cotton and is specified for Severe Contract Upholstery and Drapes. The swatch shows a fine, even plain weave with subtle horizontal slubbing, which gives the surface a linen-like movement and a soft handle impression. Its olive shade is subdued and slightly warm, sitting between sage and moss, so it feels easy to live with rather than bright or assertive. At 140cm wide and with a 50,000 Severe Contract rub test, it is well suited to demanding interiors where a smart plain is needed across both seating and window treatments.

How to use it

Use Lunar Olive on a tailored armchair, banquette or ottoman for an organic, grounded look, then echo it with oak, bronze or aged brass. It also works beautifully as drapery in rooms that need a softer green note without the brightness of a botanical shade.
