About this fabric
From the Tarka collection by Jane Churchill, this fabric is 138cm wide and composed of 57% viscose, 31% cotton, 9% linen and 3% polyester. The stripe repeats at approximately V 32cm / H 23cm, creating a bold vertical rhythm with irregular edges that read almost ikat-like in the cloth. In Apsley Pink, the rose tone is muted and slightly earthy rather than sugary, sitting softly against the warm neutral base. The weave shows a dry, natural texture with enough body for cushions, light upholstery, or tailored curtains, and the √BM fire code adds to its practical appeal.
How to use it
Use Apsley Pink where you want pattern without heaviness: it works well on accent chairs, ottomans, or relaxed curtains. The warm pink stripe pairs especially well with oatmeal linen, pale oak, and brushed brass.
