About this fabric
Woven in 100% linen, Polly Lakeside from Linwood’s Flori collection is a fixed upholstery fabric with a 137cm width and a 27cm half-drop repeat. The design pairs soft blue ground colour with white flower heads, yellow centres and leafy green stems, so the overall effect feels crisp, spring-like and slightly vintage. Its 30,000 Martindale rating and BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1 compliance make it suitable for general domestic upholstery. The linen texture is visible in the swatch, giving the print a natural, slightly slubby look rather than a flat surface. Machine wash at 30C with up to 3% shrinkage, or dry clean if preferred.
How to use it
Use this colourway on an armchair, bench or occasional headboard where its pale blue ground can brighten a room without feeling bold. It works especially well with white painted wood, pale oak and soft green accessories.
