About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from A Celebration of the National Trust is a substantial 413 gsm textile with a usable width of 139 cm, making it well suited to upholstery. The design has a large floral repeat of 44 cm vertical and 69.5 cm horizontal, and the broad repeat suits the layered, all-over bouquet pattern visible in the cloth. In this High Sea colourway, the motif reads as a cool aqua outline against a creamy ground, creating a fresh, slightly weathered look rather than a bright coastal blue. The woven or printed texture appears soft-edged and softly mottled, which gives the flowers, ferns and foliage a relaxed vintage character.
