About this fabric

This colourway has a cool, muted aqua ground with fine crosshatched lines that form a classic medium-scale check. Its 12cm vertical and horizontal repeat gives the pattern a balanced, orderly rhythm across the cloth. The fabric is woven in a mix of 57% viscose, 21% cotton, 12% linen and 10% polyester, which helps explain the softly textured, lightly matte finish visible in the image. At approximately 143cm wide, it is a practical furnishing width, and the clean check makes it easy to place on cushions, benches or relaxed curtains. The CH fire code is noted for this fabric.
