Arran Blue

Irving FabricF4680-04

Arran Blue shows the Irving design as a neat, small-scale geometric weave in cool blue and pale cream. The pattern reads crisp and orderly, with the blue threads giving the surface a lightly weathered, denim-like depth.

About this fabric

This colourway combines a softly muted blue ground with chalky cream motifs, so the pattern feels clear without looking harsh. The woven texture is visible across the surface, with the 40% viscose, 30% cotton, 24% linen and 6% polyester blend giving it a dry, slightly nubby handle rather than a glossy finish. At approximately 138cm wide, it is a practical fabric for tailored furnishing schemes, and the repeat of V 10cm / H 5cm approx creates a regular small-scale rhythm. The fire code √BM and care code Q 8 < T 3 are supplied for this exact cloth.

How to use it

Use Arran Blue on a compact sofa, occasional chair or bench where the small pattern can be appreciated up close. Its cool, restrained blue works especially well with pale woods, painted joinery and crisp white or stone accents.

A tidy blue-and-cream weave that feels tailored and easy to layer in classic interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
