Ginkgo Gold

Eden FabricJ913F-03

Ginkgo Gold shows a delicate all-over ginkgo motif scattered across a warm, pale gold ground. The design reads light and airy, with the raised white and ivory petals catching the light against fine branching outlines.

About this fabric

Woven in a 40% linen, 30% cotton, 30% viscose blend, this fabric has a natural, textured hand that suits its quietly decorative leaf pattern. The soft gold background is muted rather than brash, with cream, ivory and gentle taupe accents that keep the motif calm and elegant. At approximately 130cm wide, it offers a practical width for curtains and upholstery alike, and the 38cm vertical by 32cm horizontal repeat gives the scattered ginkgo heads a balanced, rhythmic layout. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want warmth without heaviness: it would lift a bedroom headboard, dining chairs or relaxed blinds with a subtle glow. Pair it with chalky whites, pale oak and brushed brass to bring out the soft golden notes.

A refined botanical that works beautifully on relaxed upholstery or elegant curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Ginkgo Gold without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
