Ginkgo Blue

Eden FabricJ913F-02

Ginkgo Blue shows a delicate all-over ginkgo motif scattered across a warm taupe ground. The leaf shapes are picked out in pale blue, ivory and darker inky accents, giving the design a softly layered look.

About this fabric

Woven in a 40% linen, 30% cotton and 30% viscose blend, this fabric has a natural-looking texture that suits both upholstery and drapery applications. The repeat is approximately V 38cm and H 32cm, and the pattern reads as a medium-scale floral scatter rather than a dense all-over. In this colourway the blue details feel cool and restrained against the beige-taupe background, while the ivory leaves keep the design light. The result is a calm, tailored surface with enough movement to add interest without overpowering a room.

How to use it

Use Ginkgo Blue on a compact armchair, cushion set or relaxed curtains where the taupe ground can sit quietly with timber and stone finishes. It pairs especially well with chalky neutrals, weathered wood and brushed metal.

A cool, quietly patterned ground that works well across tailored upholstery and relaxed drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
