Holston Indigo

Delaney FabricJ0238-02

Holston Indigo pairs a deep, chalky blue motif with a warm cream ground, giving the design a neat, rhythmic look. The small geometric repeat feels precise and textural rather than bold.

About this fabric

Holston Indigo from the Delaney collection by Jane Churchill is woven in 60% viscose, 23% cotton, 12% linen and 5% acrylic, with an approximate width of 144cm and a repeat of V 7cm / H 6cm. The fabric shows a small, orderly geometric pattern in inky indigo against a pale cream base, so the contrast reads clean and slightly softened rather than harsh. Its woven surface has a dry, linen-leaning character with enough body to feel versatile for both upholstery and drapery. The care code Q 8 < T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this indigo-and-cream colourway to sharpen a calm scheme with oak, painted wood or brushed metal. It works especially well where you want pattern, but in a restrained scale that won’t overpower the room.

A crisp indigo small-scale weave that suits tailored upholstery or refined curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
