About this fabric

Emile Ochre from the Emile II collection by Jane Churchill is a plain fabric with no visible repeat, measured at approximately 140cm wide and made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. The surface reads as smooth and tightly woven, with a warm mustard-ochre cast that feels bright but not brash. Its even colour gives the fabric a clean, uninterrupted look, making the shade itself the main feature. The care code C 8 + T 3 and fire code K are provided for this specific fabric.

How to use it

This ochre works well as a confident accent on an armchair, bench or cushions, where the warm gold tone can lift timber, linen and darker painted finishes. It also brings a sunlit note to contemporary schemes without feeling overly glossy.

A versatile warm ochre that works beautifully across seating and soft furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
