About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this colourway shows a fine, directional texture with a very subtle 4cm horizontal repeat and no vertical repeat. The surface has a light, dry handle impression that looks relaxed rather than polished. In this beige version, the design is softly tonal, with the pattern sitting quietly inside the cloth instead of contrasting sharply. The overall effect is calm and airy, with enough texture to add interest while still staying close to a natural neutral.

How to use it

Use it where you want a light neutral that still has visible weave, such as tailored curtains, a pared-back headboard or a serene occasional chair. Its warm beige tone pairs especially well with timber, linen whites and muted stone shades.

A quiet linen neutral that layers easily with oak, chalky paint and other natural textures.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Oliver Wallcovering Beige without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
