About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. The image shows a plain woven surface rather than a printed motif, with fine vertical grain and a lightly flecked finish that gives the beige colour quiet depth. Its warm, oatmeal-like tone is bright without appearing stark, making the texture more noticeable than any pattern. GAR2197 is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy; it can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this pale warm beige on sofas, dining chairs or occasional seating where a calm, lightly textured neutral is needed. Pair it with creamy whites and natural timber for a warm, understated scheme, or use darker taupes to bring out the chenille’s fine surface variation.
