About this fabric

This flat weave combines a sun-warmed ochre ground with bold ivory shapes that form a loose, repeating lattice across the cloth. The motif edges appear softly feathered rather than sharply printed, while the fine horizontal and vertical slubs remain visible through the colour. Woven from 85% cotton and 15% linen, GIA4261 is 138cm wide and suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable, with optional FR treatments available where required.

How to use it

Use the golden ochre tone on an occasional chair, bench or relaxed sofa, balancing its graphic ivory pattern with chalky walls, cream upholstery and pale oak. The warm shade also works well as a grounding accent against deeper olive or tobacco tones.

Pair the warm ochre ground with ivory, natural timber and textured neutrals for a softly sunlit scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
