About this fabric

This flat-weave fabric combines an 85% cotton and 15% linen composition with a 138cm width, giving the design a natural woven ground for its detailed pattern. The colourway pairs warm ivory with muted ochre rather than bright yellow, so the floral artwork reads softly and brings gentle depth without a high-contrast effect. Large open blooms sit among curling stems, leaves, smaller flowers and distinctive rounded botanical forms across the visible repeat. GIA4263 is graded for contract and domestic upholstery, is machine washable, and can receive optional FR treatments.

How to use it

Use the warm ivory ground to lighten an upholstered chair, headboard or sofa, while the ochre florals introduce a mellow golden accent. Pair it with plain linen, warm timber and understated cream or tan textiles to keep the ornate botanical pattern balanced.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
