GIA4268

Giardino FabricGIA4268

GIA4268 brings an airy botanical composition to an off-white ground, with individually drawn leaves layered in soft mauve, plum, teal, olive and ochre. The restrained, chalky colour balance gives the design a gently weathered character rather than a bright, highly saturated look.

About this fabric

This flat weave is made from 85% cotton and 15% linen, combining a natural-looking textile surface with the illustrated leaf design visible across the swatch. The pale ground keeps the pattern light, while muted pinks, dusky purples, cool blue-greens, olive and small touches of ochre give each leaf its own depth. At 138cm wide, GIA4268 is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery as well as drapery applications. It is machine washable, and optional FR treatments are available where required.

How to use it

Use GIA4268 to brighten a reading chair, bench or relaxed curtain scheme with its off-white base, then pick out the mauve and plum leaves in plain cushions or painted joinery. Olive and teal accents will bring out the cooler, more botanical side of this colourway.

A versatile cotton-linen flat weave pairing an off-white ground with softly varied botanical colour.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
