About this fabric

This 100% polyester chenille is woven in a balanced plaid of dusky mauve, earthy olive and warm taupe, with pale threads adding definition across the checks. The 138cm-wide fabric has a visible nubby weave that softly catches the light rather than appearing flat. Rated for contract and domestic upholstery, it is also machine washable for practical everyday use. Flame retardancy is listed as Domestic Cig & Match, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use LAN1602 on a classic armchair, sofa or dining seat where its mauve and olive checks can sit alongside warm timber, aged brass and muted neutrals. The taupe ground helps soften the contrast between the cooler purple blocks and the greener lines.
