About this fabric
This woven chenille combines warm taupe and sandy beige bands with dusty blush pink and a cooler pale aqua section, creating a gently varied stripe rather than a high-contrast pattern. Fine darker linear detailing defines the boundaries between the wider bands, while the textured surface catches the light unevenly across the weave. IMP1572 is 138cm wide and made from 52% acrylic and 48% polyester. It is rated for domestic upholstery, with professional aftercare; its flame retardancy is Domestic Cig & Match, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.
How to use it
The dusty blush and taupe ground works well on an occasional chair, headboard or sofa alongside natural oak, warm neutrals and soft blue-grey accents. Use the pale aqua stripe as a subtle cool note rather than a dominant colour.
Use this softly multicoloured chenille to bring gentle horizontal rhythm to domestic upholstery, especially with warm timber and muted painted tones.
