About this fabric
This 138cm-wide flat weave is made from 85% cotton and 15% linen, with an upholstery grade suitable for both contract and domestic use. Across the pale ground, individual blooms vary from cool blue and lavender to watery turquoise and deeper teal, creating gentle depth rather than a highly saturated effect. The weave has a subtly textured, matte appearance that complements the diffuse edges of the floral artwork. It is machine washable, and optional FR treatments are available.
How to use it
Use GIA4282 on a relaxed occasional chair, headboard or sofa where its cool blue, aqua and lavender flowers can brighten an ivory or softly grey room. Pick out the deeper teal petals with plain cushions or painted joinery for definition without losing the colourway’s airy feel.
