About this fabric

The fine horizontal striping shifts between warm cream, subdued green, cool blue-grey and restrained rose tones, giving the surface a gently weathered depth rather than a high-contrast pattern. As a chenille, the 138cm-wide cloth has a visibly tactile, softly ridged handle suited to upholstery. It is made from 52% acrylic and 48% polyester and is graded for domestic upholstery. Aftercare is professional; the fabric meets Domestic Cig & Match requirements and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a sofa, footstool or occasional chair where its cream base can lighten the scheme while the sage, blue-grey and dusty rose threads pick up layered cushions and painted timber. The subdued horizontal movement works particularly well with relaxed, tonal interiors rather than sharply formal rooms.

The softly striated chenille brings layered cream, sage, blue-grey and dusty rose tones to domestic upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
