IMP1581

Imperiale FabricIMP1581

IMP1581 is a pale, softly layered colourway of the Imperiale collection, with fine horizontal striations moving between sage olive, oatmeal, cream and blue-grey. Its lightly napped chenille surface gives the close-set lines a gently blurred, tactile appearance.

About this fabric

Woven in 52% acrylic and 48% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille combines pale sage and oatmeal with slender taupe, muted rose and blue-grey lines. The horizontal pattern is small in scale, with irregular bands that create depth without becoming visually dominant. Rated for domestic upholstery, it is suitable for residential seating and furniture projects. Aftercare is professional; the fabric meets Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool, washed sage-and-oatmeal colourway on a reading chair, sofa or upholstered headboard alongside natural oak, warm ivory and weathered painted finishes. Its blue-grey traces can also be picked up in cushions or painted joinery for a gently layered scheme.

A softly muted sage, oatmeal and blue-grey stripe for relaxed domestic upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
