Giverny Spring

Digital Prints Fabric

Giverny Spring is a painterly botanical print in a soft, airy palette of blush, coral, sage, aqua and lemon. The design reads fresh and light on the ivory ground, with birds, butterflies and trailing stems giving it a garden-in-bloom feel.

About this fabric

Printed on 100% cotton, Giverny Spring has a breathable, everyday textile handle and a 140cm width. The large repeat of 67cm vertical by 71.5cm horizontal allows the trailing flowers, foliage and birds to open up across a bigger surface without feeling crowded. In this colourway, the washes of coral, pale pink, minty blue and soft green stay gentle rather than saturated, so the print feels luminous against the pale ground. The overall effect is painterly and slightly vintage, with enough colour variation to keep the pattern lively as it moves across curtains, cushions or statement upholstery.

How to use it

Pair it with painted timber, pale oak or chalky whites to keep the pastel palette crisp and airy. It also works well with simple linens or quiet stripes so the floral print remains the main feature.

Use for fresh, light-filled interiors where the painterly colours can stay the focus.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
