Helmshore Rosso

Digital Prints Fabric

Helmshore Rosso brings a vivid tomato-red ground to a dense, scrolling floral print with cream, olive and soft grey petals. The overall effect is lively and layered, with the warm red giving the design a distinctly energetic finish.

About this fabric

This Fryett's Fabrics design is a printed fabric from the Digital Prints collection, made in a 50% polyester, 40% cotton and 10% linen blend. It is 140cm wide, with a 68cm vertical repeat and 55cm horizontal repeat, so the large-scale floral pattern has plenty of presence across the cloth. In this colourway the red ground reads warm and saturated rather than brick-like, while the olive stems, pale gold leaves and muted grey flowers soften the impact. The result is a decorative textile with a crisp printed look and enough visual richness to hold attention in a room.

How to use it

Use Helmshore Rosso where you want pattern to lead the scheme, such as statement curtains, a feature chair or a pair of accent cushions. It pairs well with aged brass, warm wood and quieter neutrals that let the red ground stay centre stage.

Bold enough for statement drapery, yet the woven cloth also works on occasional upholstery pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
