MUR3003

Murano FabricMUR3003

MUR3003 from Cristina Marrone’s Murano collection combines a pale dove-grey ground with ivory geometric diamonds and zigzag lines. Its softly textured chenille surface gives the pattern a gentle, woven depth rather than a sharp printed finish.

About this fabric

This chenille uses an acrylic, polyester and viscose mix and is woven in a 138cm width for domestic upholstery. The colourway is cool and light, with misty grey lines and diamond motifs set against a warm ivory-toned ground. Repeated concentric diamonds and angular zigzags create a medium-scale pattern, while the visible chenille texture softens the contrast. It has a domestic upholstery grade, professional aftercare, and domestic cigarette-and-match flame retardancy; it can also be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this soft dove-grey and ivory colourway on an armchair, headboard or tailored sofa where its geometric rhythm can add interest without making the room feel busy. Pair it with chalky whites, pale timber and muted grey upholstery for a cool, contemporary scheme.

A cool, quietly patterned chenille that brings subtle diamond rhythm to domestic upholstery without overpowering a room.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside MUR3003 without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
