About this fabric

This is a substantial 509 gsm plain weave with no visible motif and a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat. Fine intersecting threads create a restrained linen-like texture, while the close weave gives the surface a softly flecked depth rather than a flat block of colour. The 139 cm usable width makes it practical for upholstery planning, and the standard length is 40 m. The light dove-grey colour keeps the overall effect calm and tailored, with subtle warmer threads preventing it from reading as stark silver.

How to use it

Use Moray Dove on a structured armchair, sofa or dining seat where its pale grey tone can soften darker timber and add quiet texture to a neutral scheme. Pair it with chalk, taupe and muted blue-grey accents for a cool, understated room.

A substantial plain weave with a softly mottled dove-grey surface, well suited to tailored upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
