About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. The close-up reveals a compact nubby weave, with pale blue-teal highlights catching against darker charcoal and black fibres. Its tonal variation gives the cloth visual depth while keeping the overall impression dark, cool and composed. STR2978 is machine washable, and its Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® rating can be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Use this deep blue-teal colourway on a sofa, occasional chair or banquette where its charcoal flecks can temper brighter blue or teal accents. Pair it with smoked timber, blackened metal and warm neutral walls to balance its cool, shadowy tone.

Its dark blue-teal depth and tactile chenille weave suit contemporary upholstery, from statement seating to practical contract furniture.
