STR2977 presents a deep charcoal-grey ground with a tightly worked, irregular chenille texture. Fine pale and warm-grey threads break through the surface, giving this colourway a softly variegated appearance rather than a flat solid shade.

About this fabric

This 100% polyester chenille has a dense woven face, with the raised yarn catching the light across its charcoal, graphite and subtle warm-grey flecks. The close texture gives the fabric a tailored, substantial look suited to upholstered furniture. At 138cm wide, it is specified for Contract and Domestic upholstery and is machine washable. It carries Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy and can be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Pair the cool charcoal depth with pale timber, limestone and brushed metal for a contemporary room, or use it against warmer taupe and olive accents to bring out the subtle warmth in its mixed fibres. Its textured surface works especially well on sofas, occasional chairs and upholstered headboards.
