About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester chenille, STR2974 has a dense, softly raised texture that catches the light in small blue-grey and charcoal flecks. Its 138cm width makes it a practical upholstery cloth, and it is graded for both contract and domestic use. The fabric is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy, with treatment available for contract grade. The dark, low-contrast colour keeps the textured construction understated rather than decorative.

How to use it

Use this cool deep blue-grey on a sofa, armchair or banquette where its charcoal depth can anchor pale timber, brushed metal and warm neutral walls. It also works well as a restrained contrast against softer blue or muted green furnishings.
