About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide flat weave has a tightly ordered crosshatch texture, with fine vertical and horizontal threads giving the muted taupe surface subtle visual movement. The colour sits between warm grey and soft brown, reading calm and tailored without becoming beige or strongly cool. Rated for contract and domestic upholstery, TUR221 is also machine washable. It has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this understated taupe-grey on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its fine woven texture can add depth without introducing a visible motif. Pair it with warm timber, charcoal accents or soft stone shades to draw out the brown-grey balance.
