About this fabric
Risco Linen pairs a softly mottled taupe-grey ground with narrow ivory vertical bands and repeated, brush-like horizontal leaf forms. The pale motifs have irregular, lightly textured edges in the image, giving the orderly stripe layout a hand-worked quality. At 308 gsm and 138 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight for upholstery or drapery. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats measure 23 cm, keeping the alternating columns clearly legible across a chair, headboard or curtain.
How to use it
Use the cool, muted taupe-grey ground to bring quiet structure to a neutral sitting room, pairing it with ivory upholstery details, pale timber or brushed metal. The vertical bands would also give curtains or a headboard a subtly elongating effect.
