About this fabric

This tightly woven 247gsm fabric has a tactile, closely grained surface with delicate vertical and horizontal irregularities visible across the swatch. The warm taupe colouring is softened by beige and brown flecks, creating a quietly aged, natural-looking finish rather than a flat single shade. With a usable width of 140cm and zero vertical or horizontal pattern repeat, it can be planned without matching a design. The standard length is 40m, making it practical for coordinated upholstery or drapery requirements.

How to use it

Use this warm antique taupe on a compact sofa, occasional chair or relaxed Roman blind, pairing it with chalky creams, aged oak and muted bronze. Its low-contrast woven texture can also provide a calm foundation alongside stronger patterned cushions.
