About this fabric

The close weave combines warm brown, taupe and charcoal-like threads, creating a grounded colour that reads deeper where the texture catches the light. Its granular surface has no visible motif or directional pattern, reflected in the 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats. At 247gsm with a 140cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric for upholstery or drapery. The standard length is 40m.

How to use it

Use Filum Earth to temper lighter timber, stone and cream upholstery, or pair it with warm metal and natural textures for a quietly layered room. Its brown-grey depth works especially well on occasional chairs, cushions and relaxed curtains.
