Solitaire Silver

Origins FabricCCF0534-05

Solitaire Silver pairs a cool silver-grey woven ground with a white, dotted geometric maze. The raised-looking light lines and softly irregular weave give its orderly pattern a tactile, textile-led finish.

About this fabric

In this colourway, a cool, pale silver-grey ground is crossed by white, bead-like woven lines that turn through a tightly ordered maze of right angles. The low-contrast pairing keeps the pattern crisp, while the grey base gives it a quieter, cooler depth than a bright white ground. Its 16 cm vertical and 19.6 cm horizontal repeats set the motif at a medium, clearly legible scale. At 310 gsm and 137 cm usable width, Solitaire Silver has the substance for upholstery while remaining suitable for drapery.

How to use it

Use Solitaire Silver on a contemporary occasional chair, headboard or full-length curtain where its cool silver tone can sit alongside chalk white, pale grey and brushed metal. Its neat white maze lines also bring measured pattern to a restrained neutral scheme.

A cool silver-grey base and white maze motif bring quiet structure to upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
