Urban Ivory/Linen

Origins FabricCCF0539-02

Urban Ivory/Linen brings a pale, softly warmed ivory ground together with a fine beige geometric lattice. Its closely woven surface gives the pattern a quiet, tactile definition rather than a high-contrast effect.

About this fabric

The design is formed from small interlocking chevron shapes, creating a repeated diagonal rhythm across the cloth. In this colourway, the ivory base is gently deepened by linen-beige lines, so the overall impression remains light, calm and subtly textured. The 2.4cm vertical and 5.7cm horizontal pattern repeats keep the motif neat and easy to place on smaller upholstered forms or window treatments. At 310gsm and 137cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric suitable for both upholstery and drapery; the standard length is 40m.

How to use it

Use Urban Ivory/Linen on a compact armchair, headboard or Roman blind where its warm pale tone can soften stronger wood and stone finishes. It also works as a restrained patterned curtain alongside cream, taupe and natural woven textures.

Use this softly contrasting ivory and beige weave to add quiet pattern to upholstered seating, blinds or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
