About this fabric
The close, even weave gives this colourway a restrained surface texture rather than a pronounced motif. Its carob-inspired taupe reads as a softened grey-brown, with enough depth to avoid looking flat while remaining discreet. The subtle vertical and horizontal yarn variation is visible across the face of the fabric. No performance features are noted in the supplied specification for this fabric.
How to use it
Use Alana Carob to upholster a simple armchair or sofa where its warm grey-brown tone can settle alongside natural timber, stone and off-white textiles. It can also bring quiet texture to understated curtains or blinds.
A softly textured taupe-grey plain weave for calm upholstery or understated window treatments.

Alana Carob is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
