Replay Charcoal

Origins FabricCCF0529-01

Replay Charcoal from Clarke & Clarke’s Origins collection combines a cool pale-grey ground with closely spaced charcoal stepped lines. Its fine woven grain gives the geometric surface a subtle textile depth rather than a flat printed appearance.

About this fabric

The design is formed by narrow, vertical zigzag bands in charcoal grey, set against a lighter silvery-grey background. The restrained contrast keeps the pattern crisp and architectural, while the woven texture softly breaks up the evenness of the colour. This 310gsm fabric has a 137cm usable width and a standard 40m length. Its pattern repeat is 4cm vertically and 6.5cm horizontally, making the small-scale geometry easy to position across upholstery or drapery applications.

How to use it

Use Replay Charcoal to bring cool structure to a room with pale stone, concrete grey or black accents. It works particularly well on tailored seating and cushions, or as a coordinated blind or curtain where the repeated vertical rhythm can read clearly.

A cool, graphic grey geometric for tailored upholstery, cushions or clean-lined window treatments.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Replay Charcoal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
