At #A5978D, Cold Brew reads as a soft, warm greige with brown in the mix, so it feels more settled than a pale stone and less heavy than a deep taupe. In flat matt it will absorb light gently and give walls a quiet, enveloping look, while eggshell or soft sheen will let the colour feel a little clearer on woodwork. In a north-facing room it can edge cooler and more understated, showing its grey side first; in south-facing light the warmer brown undertone comes forward and it feels richer and more comforting.
