Cubitt Terracotta

Fabrics Fabric130

Cubitt Terracotta presents a softly woven check in warm terracotta, dusty salmon and cream. The alternating blocks create a measured geometric rhythm while the open, tactile weave keeps the colourway light rather than dense.

About this fabric

The design is formed from staggered rectangular checks, with terracotta squares set against cream passages and smaller interlocking woven marks. Its muted, slightly chalky terracotta tone feels warmer and more relaxed than a vivid red, while the pale threads bring gentle contrast across the surface. The swatch has a visibly textured woven construction suited to upholstery applications. No composition, width, rub-test or other performance specification has been supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Cubitt Terracotta on an occasional chair, headboard or compact sofa where its warm terracotta-and-cream geometry can add pattern without overpowering the room. Pair it with chalky neutrals, pale timber and softly aged brass to echo the colourway’s gentle, sun-washed character.

Use this warm terracotta-and-cream check to bring quiet pattern and woven texture to upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
