About this fabric

The swatch shows closely interlocking threads in rust, brown and subtly lighter flecks, giving the colourway a deep, earthy character. Its small-scale weave catches the light in tiny points across the surface, while the overall impression remains compact and substantial. The dense construction makes it read as an upholstery-weight textile rather than a fine, fluid cloth. No composition, width or rub-test data is supplied for this colourway, and no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use this muted rust brown on a chair, ottoman or sofa where its compact woven texture can add warmth without introducing a large motif. Pair it with dark wood, tan leather or chalky neutral walls to draw out the colour’s earthy depth.

Use the warm rust tone to bring depth to upholstered seating, especially alongside dark timber, tan leather or soft neutrals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
