Fifty Fifty Melone
Curtain fabrics Fabric053
Fifty Fifty Melone is a warm, toasted terracotta fabric with a quiet, closely woven surface. Its even texture gives the colour a gently nuanced appearance rather than a flat, painted finish.

About this fabric
The swatch shows a fine, regular weave in a muted orange-brown tone, with subtle shifts between cinnamon, caramel and terracotta across the surface. There is no visible motif or pattern, allowing the tactile grid of the weave to provide the detail. As part of Dedar’s Curtain fabrics collection, it is suited to window treatments where its warm colour can add depth without becoming overly bright. The softly shaded finish reads particularly naturally against timber, cream and other earthy neutrals.
How to use it
Use Fifty Fifty Melone for full-length curtains in a room with pale plaster, warm wood or woven natural accents. Its muted terracotta tone also works well as a controlled colour note beside oatmeal, sand and deep brown.
Use this softly toasted terracotta weave to bring warmth and quiet texture to curtains in natural, earthy schemes.

Pairs well with
Fifty Fifty Melone is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
