Talea Blue

Fabrics Fabric100

Talea Blue pairs a pale cream ground with branching sprays of cool blue leaves. The open arrangement gives the design a light, airy character, while the deeper blue foliage adds clear definition.

About this fabric

The visible face is smooth and even, with loosely spaced leafy stems sweeping diagonally and vertically across the ground. Blue foliage ranges from slender pointed leaves to fuller sprays, creating a natural rhythm without a dense overall effect. No performance features are noted for this fabric. Its light-looking handle and open botanical layout make the colourway especially well suited to drapery.

How to use it

Use Talea Blue for full-length curtains in a calm room with warm ivory walls, pale timber and natural textures. The cool blue leaves can also pick up blue accents in cushions or painted furniture without making the scheme feel heavy.

A cool, leafy blue-and-cream design that brings gentle movement to curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
