About this fabric

The swatch shows a tight basket-like weave made from subtly contrasting pale beige and ivory threads. Viewed across the surface, the small grid gives the cloth gentle texture while keeping the colour light and visually calm. Hatka R Sabbia is catalogued as a fabric in Dedar’s Fire-retardant collection; no composition, width, rub test or other performance specification is supplied. The warm sandy tone should sit comfortably with natural timber, chalky whites and other quiet neutrals.

How to use it

Use this pale sand colour where a room needs a softly textured neutral without strong contrast, such as relaxed curtains, blinds or lightly tailored upholstery. Pair it with warm ivory, pale oak and muted stone shades to draw out the swatch’s gentle warmth.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
