Pour Parler Lillà

Fire-retardant Fabric002

Pour Parler Lillà combines a warm ivory ground with fine lilac lines that wander across the surface in loose, cloud-like shapes. Its softly nubby appearance gives the pale colourway gentle depth rather than a flat printed effect.

About this fabric

The pattern is formed from irregular looping marks in a muted lilac, with occasional denser flecks that make the design look lightly sketched across the cream base. The overall tone is warm and chalky, while the purple detail stays cool enough to keep the colourway fresh. A visibly textured, mid-weight-looking surface makes this fabric suitable for either upholstery or drapery. It is catalogued in Dedar’s Fire-retardant collection, with no additional performance features noted.

How to use it

Use this ivory-and-lilac colourway to soften a reading chair, headboard or pair of curtains in a room built around warm whites and pale timber. Pick up the muted lilac in a cushion or small painted detail for a coordinated finish without overpowering the irregular motif.

The warm ivory ground and softly mottled lilac linework bring gentle pattern to upholstery, cushions or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
