Aoxomoxoa Paprika

Jacquard fabrics Fabric004

Aoxomoxoa Paprika is a richly warm jacquard in a deep paprika red, with a fine, tactile surface that gives the colour visible depth. The close-up reveals a field of tiny irregular woven marks rather than a flat, even finish.

About this fabric

This colourway combines brick-red, rust and darker garnet notes, creating a saturated paprika tone with a softly earthy cast. Its small-scale jacquard texture is formed from closely packed, broken flecks that shift subtly across the surface. The weave reads as compact and substantial in the swatch, making it particularly well suited to upholstery. In brighter areas, the raised threads catch the light in muted highlights while the darker ground keeps the overall effect grounded.

How to use it

Use Aoxomoxoa Paprika to give an armchair, dining chair or headboard a warm focal colour without relying on a large motif. Pair its rust-red depth with aged timber, tobacco leather, warm neutrals or dark bronze accents.

The warm paprika tone and finely broken jacquard texture bring depth to upholstered seating and occasional pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
