Plumera Paprika

Rivera FabricJ0207-01

Plumera Paprika brings the Rivera design to life on a warm paprika-red ground, with leaf forms that read almost embroidered against the surface. The colour feels earthy and saturated rather than bright, giving the pattern a grounded, tailored look.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a rich terracotta-paprika base with scrolling stems and layered leaf heads picked out in soft ivory, taupe, blush, mustard and touches of teal. The motif has a lifted, embroidered effect, and the contrast is clear without feeling sharp, so the overall surface remains warm and inviting. At approximately 126cm wide, with a repeat of V 39cm / H 42cm approx, the scale of the pattern is substantial enough to make an impact on larger furnishings or drapes. The composition of 39% Cotton, 35% Linen, 22% Viscose and 4% Polyester gives it a natural handle with a refined finish, while Q 8 + T 3 and √BM are noted in the supplied specification.

How to use it

Use this paprika ground to add warmth to a scheme with walnut, aged brass or painted timber, where the terracotta tone can sit against quieter neutrals. It works especially well when you want a patterned fabric to feel smart and full-bodied rather than brightly decorative.

The warm paprika ground gives this embroidered-look leaf design a rich, tailored presence.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Plumera Paprika without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
